By using Naked Plant Land you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and human-readable on purpose.

Ordering Plants

Plants are living things. We do our best to ship healthy, well-rooted specimens, but they are perishable goods. By placing an order you understand:

  • Plant availability can change. If a plant sells out after your order, we'll contact you with alternatives or a full refund.
  • Sizes and appearance vary — we sell plants, not photographs.
  • Shipping stress is normal. Most plants bounce back within a week or two.

Our Guarantee

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle. After 48 hours we can't account for what happened in transit vs. after arrival.

Plants that decline after a healthy arrival due to care conditions are not covered, but we're happy to help troubleshoot.

Subscription Boxes

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Cancel any time before your next billing date — no fees, no runaround.
  • We curate each box ourselves. The contents vary month to month.
  • You can pause a subscription for up to 2 months by emailing us.

Plant Identifier

Our AI plant identifier uses Claude (Anthropic) to analyze photos. Results are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, especially for rare cultivars, hybrids, or unclear photos. Always verify care requirements for new plants before making changes to your care routine.

Acceptable Use

Don't use this site to do anything illegal or harmful. Don't attempt to scrape our catalog, abuse the plant identifier, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in bad faith.

Limitation of Liability

We're a small plant shop. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
